How did your tfcc heal after surgery? I tore mine doing power cleans during crossfit on July 13th and have finally been diagnosed after months of being misdiagnosed. Im a powerlifter and excel at the bench press so Im very nervous on ever competiting again. I see you do crossfit. Did your wrist heal up as good as new? Any issues? Any advise would be greatly aprreciated. I feel like the sky is falling right now and I too have had my "Come to Jesus Moment"

This is too funny. Ever since this post, and ever since Mike posted a link in his blog to that first core stability article -- well my friends -- my Google page rank has actually DROPPED.

Whether that's coincidence or psychic phenomena or just Google being Google -- I do not know.

What would be hysterical is that somehow I spurred people on to Google that term and they actually clicked those other sites and increased their ranking.

Who knows. Lets see how many links I get and how much the ranking drops. Hysterical.

Hey James,

If you've got nothing to do on Saturday Sept 20th, and can travel to San Jose... Len's band Blitzenhamer and my band will be playing at a bar called The Caravan Lounge, on 98 S Almaden Blvd, in downtown San Jose. No cover charge. Hope you're doing well!

I've sinced moved on to CrossFit instead of BJJ -- initially because I thought I would not get injured, or at least as much. For the most part, that's wound up to be true.

Been training close to a year now and the only injuries I've had during a workout are the recent TFCC tear in my left wrist and some minor leg strains.

My shoulder problems have since been solved by my massage therapist. No more pain. It was torture for the three / four sessions it took but it's soo much better. Still jacked up according to her but to me it feels fine and dandy.

I love free. It's even cheaper than wholesale!

Will be looking into it soon. Had a foray with Mandrake a few years back when I was working QA and was looking for a LAMP box to run Eventum and some other Python and Selenium stuff on. Seemed alright but I seem to hear better things about Ubuntu...like from...

No Michael this time around.

Instead I went with:

Dynamic Warmup
CrossFit Warm Up (115lbs on gravitron so pullups and dips were pain free)
3x15 4kg kb press ; 1x20 8kg kb press with wrist brace on tight - pain free

4x
 400m run
 50 squats

13:46 - decent headwind. Left achilles still problematic. Seeing massage therapist about it tomorrow. She should bring the pain.
