The Rear Naked Choke is a side project of mine. It’s an MMA focused podcast chock full of interviews with lots and lots of MMA personalities that aren’t just interviews but literally friends of the show. For example in the past few shows we’ve had on:
- UFC Fighter Bad Brad Blackburn & Affliction’s LC Davis
- UFC Fighters Dan Miller and Mike Massenzio
- Elite XC’s “Big Country” Roy Nelson (fighting Andrei Arlovski next!) & Justin Eilers

- …and so on to include Renzo Gracie more than a few times and Pat Milietch and Randy Couture.
The Rear Naked Choke, or The RNC as we sometimes refer to it, is entertaining and different. Just listen and you’ll see that this show is unique, funny and informative.
